Development of the Methodology for a Task Management System Deployment as an Enterprise Transformation Tool

The work is devoted to the development of the methodology for the implementation of the task management system in the enterprise or in one of the divisions of the enterprise. Particular attention is paid to the theme of digital transformation and applied an interpretation of the concept in relation to the daily work of employees. The analysis of written sources of Russian and foreign authors on the topic of digital transformation and the characteristics of human labor activity. Next, the tools were considered on the market and their features and applicability to solve the problem. In the last chapter of the work, a methodology is developed that allows assessing the current state of the task execution environment in the enterprise, to implement taking into account the identified features, thereby increasing the productivity of the business unit and, as a consequence, the entire enterprise. The achievement of this goal was confirmed by the practical implementation of the task management system and the assessment of efficiency and satisfaction of employees. The feasibility of implementation and contribution to this project availability of ready-made methodology confirmed by high estimates of end users and management of the company. The work contains 1 table, 9 figures, consists of 61 pages and refers to 24 sources.
