The Automation of Human Resource Management Processes in the Management Company of the Airport

Labor is considered as one of the most important parts of any company. Any changes in the management of labor have direct effect on the productivity and costs of the company. For the company in question, there are visibly a number of problems associated with human resource management processes. The current practice of the preparation and provision of personnel information and analytical reports to management and staff require large labor costs on the part of personnel service. This information is stored in a poorly organized form; making it quite time consuming to obtain such information. Automation and digitalization can make the process of receiving, storing and processing employee data more efficient. Human factor is considered to be among the main reasons behind most of the errors caused in the office work. The proposed study is an analysis of the company’s human resource management processes, its activities and internal documentation, forming requirements for automation, modeling airport human resource management processes, setting up a system to automate key personnel management processes.
