Designing a Virtual Dressing Room System Using 3D Modeling Technologies

This paper describes a study that will examine ways of designing a system with the main purpose of making the process of buying clothes as pleasant and efficient as possible. More precisely, future research will be concerned with designing a virtual fitting room system with advising clothes and determining how a piece of clothing fits the client. This study includes an analysis of the apparel market, identifying the relevance of the problem and methods of integration with existing agents on the market. Overall, the project aims to identify a method to optimize the costs of apparel stores and increase customer satisfaction.
