Culture-performance Relation in Organization Departments: a Case Study

Nowadays, modern management is positioning the phenomenon of organizational culture as a strategic tool, unifying and targeting company departments and employees towards the achievement of common goals: increasing the productivity of an organization, its effectiveness, profit and success of the company in the market. The external environment requires the company to change the internal processes, primarily the organizational culture of the company. The object of the study is the company OOO Delta Trafo engaged in the manufacture and repair of transformer equipment in the electrical industry of the Russian Federation. The aim of the study is improving the effectiveness of human resources management in OOO Delta Trafo through the analysis of the organizational culture of the company, as well as giving recommendations for the organizational culture improvement. The social effectiveness of the recommendations is manifested in the achievement of positive social changes in the company, increasing the performance and involvement of the employees who will ultimately work to improve the company's performance.
