Specific Aspects of Supply Chain Management During the Transportation of Oil Products by Railway Transport and their Storage

Emphasizing the importance of export shipments of oil and oil products for the Russian economy, the work identified and analyzed the management features of the railway mode of transport, as well as tank farms during transportation and storage of these types of cargo. It should be noted an important feature of oil and oil products - a big risk of quantitative and qualitative losses during their transportation and storage. That is why the competent management of transport and petroleum depots will reduce the loss of petroleum products, and therefore reduce cash costs.
