Increase in Effective Management of Personnel of the Company on the Basis of the System of the Balanced Indicators

The study examined the processes of the organization in the field of personnel management, in particular, attention was paid to estimation the effectiveness of personnel management. Limitations of estimation methodology used in the company were described, therefore it was proposed to use one of the most popular management techniques, the balanced scorecard system. Strategic goals of the company were analyzed, which then cascaded into the strategic goals of personnel management. Next, solution that automatically calculates key performance indicators, identifies deviations and instantly proposes recommendations for deviations elimination was described. The result of the work is a developed system and information panels that track the dynamics of changes in indicators.
