Social Relationship and Agile Principles in the Russian Research Industry

The main purpose of this work is to identify the features of people's perception of agile organizations and the phenomenon of agile, as well as the identification of the main social aspects of the practices of the agile approach. The study is conducted using the case-study method, which analyzes semi-structured interviews collected among people working in a Russian Bank declaring its own affiliation to agile-type organizations. The results of the work include a list of the main identified types and features of the perception of the phenomenon of agile, listing the main practices of the implementation of this methodology in working groups, as well as sociological analysis of these phenomena.
