The topic of this research is «hardware and software tools to support the process of creating innovations within the framework of Stanford design thinking method: principles of using voice assistance within the framework of human-computer interaction”. This article explores the relationship between design thinking methods and the principles of using voice assistants. Design thinking is a methodology for solving engineering, business and other tasks, which is based on a creative rather than an analytical approach. This article describes the 5 stages of design-thinking process (empathize, define, ideate, prototype and test). Moreover, a comparative analysis of voice assistants is given in this paper. In addition, the list of recommendations how to apply design-thinking methodology in the introduction of voice assistants to the company will be formulated in the practical part of the work. The results of the study will show that design-thinking method is useful for solving problems in any field.
