In this paper, we explore the general behavior of people in different communication social networks from the point of view of the theory of phase transitions. In particular, the ratio of the number of unidirectional links (Phase 1) to the number of bidirectional links (Phase 2) in the network in a floating time window is analyzed using the example of internal interactions by exchanging messages in some corporate social network, in the network of gifts and services exchange “Darudar”, online dating network “Mamba” and on the portal for people who are interested in photography “foto.ru”. The corresponding graphs were constructed, reflecting the distribution of communication phases in a five-day time window, as well as the change in this distribution depending on the size of the time interval. The results allow us to conclude that the behavior of people in different social networks has similar patterns, and the probability of receiving feedback depending on the communication network is not significantly different.
