That is why the study of the processing of personal data without the consent of the data subject is extremely valid nowadays. The main purpose of this study was to analyze trends regarding the legal bases for the lawful processing of personal data and propose measures to improve the legislation on personal data. To achieve this goal, it was necessary to solve the following problems: 1) Determine the value of the bases for the processing of personal data without the consent of the subject 2) Analyze the development of Russian and foreign legislation 3) Consider possible ways of classifying the bases for processing personal data and propose legal regulation for each group. The structure of the work is determined by the purpose of the study. It is divided into two chapters. The first chapter gives a brief overview of the legal framework for the processing of personal data without the consent of the subject. The second chapter analyses different bases for the processing of personal data without the consent of the subject. Each group of bases for the processing is considered in a separate paragraph. This structure was chosen to discuss the limits of current models for personal data protection and suggest some changes to the current regulation.
