Anarchy, Theocracy and Freedom in the Context of Political and Legal Views of N. A. Berdyaev

The work is devoted to the political,legal and philosophical views of the famous Russian philosopher N. A. Berdyaev on the state and law, special attention is paid to the views of N. A. Berdyaev on the problems of freedom, anarchism and theocracy. The relevance of this work is associated with the interest of legal theorists to the philosophical heritage of N. A. Berdyaev, religious concepts of the state and anarchist teachings. The current study presents an analysis of the works of N. A. Berdyaev, revealing his original concept of "philosophy of freedom", the study of the continuity between the philosophical developments N. A. Berdyaev and his ideological supporters and opponents, systematization of ideas of N. A. Berdyaev on anarchism, theocracy and freedom as a spiritual, philosophical and legal category, as well as his criticism of the state and law; based on the ideas of N. A. Berdyaev on anarchism and theocracy an attempt is made to build an anarcho-theocratic theoretical concept of social and legal relations.
