This research is devoted to the study of the relationship between the Dark Triad of personality traits with personal maturity and self-reflection. The text of the paper describes the main theoretical basis for the study, as well as the study itself. In the course of the work, the links between the level of personal maturity and systemic reflection, as well as the weak connection between narcissism and the levels of Ego development E4 - Conformity and E5 - Self-Aware, were identified. Also, the analysis showed the possible impact of the Dark Triad traits on the dynamic transition between developmental stages, but the level factor of the J.Loevinger's theory does not show a significant effect on negative personality traits. All of the research hypotheses have not been confirmed. In the future, for a more accurate assessment of the impact, it may be necessary to separate the characteristics of narcissism and to test the adaptability of the trait.
