Regulation of Sportsmen and Coaches Work

The subject is the labor relations of sportsmen and coaches, especially the regulation of their labor. The aim of the research is to form a holistic view of work in sport sphere, review its content and legal regulation, identify gaps in legislation and the prospects for its improvement. To achieve this goal, during the study the following tasks are solved: 1. the legal status of sportsmen and coaches in labor relations is considered in more detail; 2. highlights the features of employment contracts with sportsmen and coaches; 3. actual problems of legal regulation in this area are identified. To solve the tasks in the thesis work, the following methods were used: - logical analysis method; - comparative legal method; - forecasting. The graduate work has been completed on sixty-nine pages and consists of an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion and a list of references. The first chapter of the work is devoted to the legal framework for regulating the work of sportsmen. In the second chapter, there is an analysis of labor regulation and the legal status of sports trainers by correlating the norms of labor and sports legislation in terms of legislative regulation of the work activities of coaches and highlighting the features of regulating the activities of subjects. The third chapter contains information on current problems of the legal regulation of labor of sportsmen and coaches and suggests ways to solve them. The modernity and relevance of the thesis work lies in the fact that recently the sports field has been developing rapidly, which means that it is necessary to have a clear regulation of the activities of the subjects of labor relations in the field of sports. The results of this study can be the starting point for the further development of the legal regulation of labor relations of sports law subjects and eliminate gaps in the regulatory framework in this area.
