The study addressed the issue of the relationship between values, subjective well-being and alienation from society. In our work we described model of interactions between these phenomenon among Russians. Our study was based on the work of Schwartz (1992), Osin (2007), and Diener (1984). We were interested in interrelations between values, alienation from society and subjective well-being. To answer this question, we conducted correlation analyses and moderation of the two models. The sample comprised 1021 participants from the online panel, which were stratified by gender, age, and 7 Russian federal regions. We expected there was a moderation effect between the difference between individual-group values, subjective well-being, and alienation from society. In this way, we substantiated our assumptions that there were interrelations between phenomenon and moderation effect between them. This may indicate that there is something in common between these three phenomena that bind them. Also, alienation from society can affect both the interrelationship of disagreement between individual-group values and subjective well-being, as well as the relationship between groups of values and subjective well-being. In addition, we think this relationship can affect the level of migration from Russia. In the future psychologists, social psychologists can use these phenomena and interconnections in other studies on values, alienation from society and subjective well-being. They can understand the level of satisfaction with the life of Russians and the possible impact on these phenomena and interrelations in order to increase the level of satisfaction with life among Russians.
