.The work consists of 2 chapters, conduct and conclusion, as well as a bibliography The introduction reveals the relevance of the chosen topic, describes the goals and objectives of the study. It outlines the theoretical and methodological foundations of international trade, its principles and basic rules, as well as ways to protect national trade in international arenas. The chapter includes a review of the literature on the topic. In the second chapter, the issues of judicial practice in the field of trade are considered, the analysis of court decisions is made. Following the review, the main shortcomings of the international trading system were identified. In conclusion, the resulting information is summarized, conclusions on the above disadvantages are given.
