Automation of Execution of Tax Documents process in Banking Using RPA Technology

The dissertation paper describes the process of developing and implementing a banking automation system using RPA (Robotic Process Automation) technologies. The choice of solutions was made from the following options: in-house software development, implementation of bpms-system and implementation of RPA technologies. The solution was made regarding business requirements and forecast indicators of project efficiency. According to results of software robots development the speed of the first process "Preparing and registering documents for the Inspectorate" increased 4 times higher than the planned value. All the planned KPIs confirmaing confirming the successful completion of the project were achieved.
