Features of Bank Failure (Bankruptcy)

In the final qualifying work, changes in the insolvency law are disclosed and the reasons for the increase in the number of bank failures are indicated. The features of the legal regulation of bankruptcy of credit organizations are considered and the history of the insolvency institution is described. Collisions are considered in both Russian and international law. An explanation is given of the Government Decisions concerning certain issues related to insolvency.
