Proposition Development of Talent Management Processes Improvement in Shared Services Center

This paper describes improvement of talent management processes in the shared services center of the large Russian IT integrator which provides services in the area of businesses process outsourcing. Talent management processes in the shared services center have the low level of automation which leads to the low level of the efficiency of processes and negatively affects the quality of customer services. The purpose of the study was to provide the proposals of talent management process improvement using IT in the shared services center. For the achievement of purpose results have been achieved. «As-is» talent management processes were analyzed and «to-be» models were developed. The requirements for IT solution were developed and recommendations for choosing vendor were made. Talent management processes were prioritized to determine the sequence of projects realization. The evaluation of expected results was made. The innovation consists in developed talent management processes models which take into account the specificities of the shared services center, justification of the IT solution choice and talent management processes prioritization for their subsequent automation. This paper contains 109 pages (including 19 annexes), 23 tables, 24 pictures.
