The purpose of this work is development of recommendations for improving the efficiency of the logistics activities of the company N through the effective renewal of its own freight fleet.

The object of the study is logistics infrastructure (own transport fleet) of company N, which is the largest distributor company in Russia.

In order to increase the efficiency of transportation logistics, it was proposed to upgrade the existing own vehicles and implement a part of the unused fleet. The economic efficiency of the proposed solutions was proved, as a result of which the company's own capital profitability increased by 0.2%.
