Development of Software for Automating Staff Recruitment in IT-companies

The final qualifying work contains a description of the study "Development of Software for Automating Staff Recruitment in IT-companies". The software solution allows users to automate the recruitment process, collect data from other applications in the field of recruitment, make decisions with using of neural networks, generate reports on user activity in the system, etc. The System has a three-tier architecture with the division of the application into 3 levels: client, application server and database server. The Front-end part of the system is developed by using Angular technology. .NET Core technology was used to implement back-end system components. PostgreSQL was used as a database management system. The structure of the study consists of an introduction, 3 chapters, conclusion, bibliography and appendices. The first Chapter describes the process of analysis of the recruitment subject area, contains a comparative analysis of existing software products in this area, the identification and formalization of system requirements, as well as a description of the main business processes that the system will automate. The second Chapter is devoted to the analysis and selection of technologies that will be used to implement the system, as well as the design of the conceptual model of the system, the description of the system behavior, the design of the system classes, the construction and testing of the neural network model for decision-making. The third Chapter contains information about the design of the system architecture, as well as the implementation of the front-end and back-end parts of the application, data collection and decision-making modules. This Chapter also describes the process of testing the system and deploying it to the servers of the group of IT companies “Simpl”.
