Influence of "See-Hear-Feel" Technique on Mindfulness Indicators

The goal of this research is a study of the effectiveness “See-hear-feel” mindfulness technique developed in the context of the “Unified Awareness” approach. To achieve the purpose of this study a randomized controlled trial (RCT) was conducted. Research results have shown that the “See-hear-feel” technique potentially is an effective technique for developing mindfulness. However, due to the small sample (35 people), the limitations of this study and the ambiguity of some single results, further studies of this technique are needed.
