Arbitration Courts of the Russian Federation in the System of Judicial Power

This study is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of activities of the arbitration courts of the Russian Federation. When studying this issue, special attention was paid to determining the place and role of arbitration courts in the judicial system of the Russian Federation, as well as the impact of achievements of the arbitration branch of the judiciary on functioning and development of the judicial system as a whole. Moreover, within framework of the paper reforms carried out during the existence of the system of arbitration courts were investigated, their strengths and weaknesses were identified, and prospects for further improvement were considered.
