While the debate over the third-party intervention role remains popular, there are several reasons to focus attention on the conflict conditions. The general goal of this study is to determine the features of mediation effectiveness in adolescents’ interpersonal conflicts in time pressure/ no time pressure situations. The sample for this experiment included 300 high school students, a conflict was provoked through the game, and especially unstructured experimenters used aggressive, neutral and evaluative mediation strategies. The experiment was revealed that the evaluative strategy is the most effective one in the situation of no time pressing, as well that under time pressure there are no significant consequences in the effectiveness of third-party intervention strategies. This study can be useful for creating a guide for teachers acting as mediators of teenagers’ conflict.
