The limited number of these business process models allow further qualitative analysis, and only a few of them can improve structured processes. The research aims to prove that business processes automation increases company’s productivity by automating key business processes through computing technology. To confirm that, it is necessary to consider a company where it would be possible to achieve improving the efficiency of the organization, by automating business processes. The paper describes business processes using BPMN methodology. It was chosen because it enables portability of process definitions, so that users can take it, created for one stakeholder, and use them in another stakeholder’s environment.
