В настоящем исследовании рассматриваются вопросы международной правосубъектности государствоподобных образований и народов, борющихся за независимость. Основное внимание уделяется таким образованиям, как Палестина и Косово. Автор исследует данные территориальные образования на соответствие критериям государственности, анализирует их статус и текущее положение в международном сообществе. Впоследствии автор решает, к каким субъектам международного права они могут быть отнесены, и какие трудности на практике может повлечь за собой такой правовой статус. Кроме того, автором исследуются вопросы, связанные с террористическими образованиями, претендующими на статус государствоподобных образований.
