Problems of Protection Confidential Information in Labor Relations

Currently, the problem of protection of confidential information of labor relations is becoming increasingly important. In his final qualifying work, the author examines the concept of confidential information, studies the formation and development of the Institute of confidential information, examines the procedure for the protection of confidential information and the types of responsibility for its disclosure in accordance with the current legislation, analyzes the most striking examples from judicial practice on problematic issues, and also explores possible ways to protect confidential information in labor relations both in relation to the employee and in relation to the employer. According to the results of the work done, the author proposed to make adjustments to the existing legislation in order to better regulate this sphere of labor relations.
