Development of an Automation System for Recruitment

This work is aimed at developing solutions that will save resources hr-specialists and improve the quality of tasks when interacting with employees of the company. In this study, the scope of recruitment and work with staff was described, and the current hr market was analyzed in detail. In the analysis, information was used from databases of leading research centers, as well as statistical data from open sources. Analytical reports and tables prepared by consulting agencies were used to analyze the market and competitors.
