Legal Regulation of Employment and Employment

The work consists of introduction, three chapters, conclusion and bibliography. The first chapter of the study is devoted to the study of theoretical aspects of employment. The author reveals the concept of "employment", studies the features of employment management and provides materials of judicial practice. In the second chapter, the author determines the legal status of the unemployed. He examines the legal basis of the notion of the unemployed, the mechanism for recognizing a citizen as unemployed, the legal features of social support for the unemployed, and also analyzes the judicial practice. The third chapter of the study is devoted to the analysis of the legal characteristics of employment of certain categories of citizens. This chapter discusses the features of the employment of minors, foreign citizens and disabled people. The conducted analysis of legal norms, theoretical base and judicial practice and the conclusions and made on its basis have a high degree of significance for the development of the state and raising the standard of living.
