Supply Chain Optimization within the Context of Contract Manufacturing in Terms of Make-or-Buy Problem

This study was performed in order to select and adapt the existing method that helps in solving the “make or buy” problem and use it to solve MOB problem in the company’s supply logistic. The work sets the tasks of analyzing the activities of Real Meal LLC, identifying problems in its supply logistics, analyzing literature on the associate topics, and finding out the optimal solution to the problems identified and the impact of its implementation on the company's economic indicators. The result of this work is to find the most optimal solution to the problem of the company related to optimizing the supply chain of canned vegetables in the context of contract manufacturing based on solving the “make or buy” problem, as well as assessing its economic efficiency. According to the results of this study, the solution found and the organizational structure changes are recommended for implementation in the analyzed company to improve its economic performance.
