The purpose of this work is to develop recommendations for increasing the Efficiency of Using Own Fleet and their economic justification.

The object of the study is the large trade company "M".

As a result of the analysis of logistics activities, the following problems related to transportation management were identified: low number of deliveries per flight, inefficient use of the vehicle fleet and labor resources, outdated fleet, lack of system accounting for fuel consumption.

To reduce the negative impact of the identified problems in this graduate qualification work, solutions were proposed to implement of TMS technology. In addition, their economic efficiency was proven, as a result of which the company's equity return increased by 1.3%.
