Specific Methodologies of Design-Thinking in the Financial Organizations. Principles and Approaches

In the first chapter of this work, an analysis of scientific articles and publications on design – thinking is carried out, and the theoretical aspects of design – thinking, its main stages and features are described. The second chapter of this final qualifying work is devoted to the review of models developed on the basis of design thinking by various organizations, as well as a comparative analysis of models for various tools that are used in them and by industry the application of the models themselves.  The final chapter of the thesis describes the practical application of the design-thinking methodology for the development of a new banking service.

Student Theses at HSE must be completed in accordance with the University Rules and regulations specified by each educational programme.

The full text of a thesis can be published in open access on the HSE website only if the authoring student (copyright holder) agrees, or, if the thesis was written by a team of students, if all the co-authors (copyright holders) agree.
