Comparative Analysis of Corporate Culture of Hotel Chains "Best Western" and "Choice Hotels International"

It is confirmed by various researches that corporate culture is a basic concept used to understand the differences that may exist between successful organizations, and distinguishes truly highly effective ones from others. The strength of corporate culture is especially crucial for hotel industry given the fact that users of such services literally live in an organization. This paper aims to describe and compare corporate culture of two hotel chains based on deep analy- sis of internal documents and customers’ reviews in a non-experimental way. The comparative analysis method will be used. The hotel chains «Best Western» and «Choice Hotels International» appear as an object, corporate cultures of both chains as a subject.
