Problems of Protection of Confidential Information During the Employment Relationships

Final qualifying work is devoted to the main problems in the field of protection of confidential information in labor relations in Russian Federation. The purpose of this research is a comprehensive review, analysis and study of the essence, the legal nature and the main characteristics and problematic issues of such a significant institution within the system of law and legislation of Russian Federation as confidential information in labor relations. To achieve this goal, it was necessary to solve certain objectives of the study: a) to define and formulate the concept and essence of confidential information in Russian Federation; b) to study the main types of information related to confidential information; c) to analyze confidential information as a condition of an employment contract in Russian Federation; d) to examine the main legal ways used to ensure the protection of confidential information within the framework of employment relations and the mechanism of their real functioning. Final qualifying work consists of an introduction, three chapters, including six paragraphs, conclusion and a list of references. The first chapter of this study is devoted to the general characteristics of the Institute of confidential information in Russian Federation – its concept and essence, as well as legal regulation and types of confidential information. The second chapter deals with confidential information in the framework of labor relations, acting as an important element of the employment contract, and with personal data of citizens as an element of labor relations. And the third chapter of the final qualifying work is dedicated to various ways of protection of confidential information in labor relations – the legal responsibility of the parties to the employment contract and the main problematic issues arising in this area of law and legislation in Russia.
