Innovations in Payment Systems

The present paper describes innovations in payment systems. The main object of this study is to create approach to identify innovative sphere on payment market based on the research concerning analyzing existed data and innovation activities in international and national payment systems. The research includes quantitative and qualitative studies representing statistic data, consumer researches and prognoses respectively. It is assumed that it will be obtained two main outcomes of our study. The first outcome implies that market of plastic card has changes significantly, that is cards are used less and less and main trends relate to non-cash payment and development alternative ways of payment such as using of individual biometrical data. The second outcome, which is more practical, refers to the National system of plastic cards- confident and rapidly developing player on international payment market, following latest global trends, NSPC has its own innovative approach to payment procedures.
