The Health Monitoring System of Horses

This final qualification paper presents a description of the development of a device designed to monitor the health of a horse. The peculiarity of this electronic device is the use of a new method for determining the phases of horse’s sleep, based on an analysis of the position of the body in space at certain intervals. As a result of the work carried out, a review and analysis of existing analogues of the device was made and the need for this type of devices was identified. A layout and topology of the printed circuit was also developed, and in addition, a printed circuit was developed based on the Atmega8-16AU microprocessor with the transfer of information via a radio transmitter.
