Development of Requirements Specification and Prototype of an Online Learning Platform for Applied Arts

This paper describes the process of designing an Online Learning Platform for Applied Arts. At the first stage of the work, an analysis of the theoretical features of the design of such systems was carried out. After that, a phased design of the information system was carried out. At the stage of Empathy, review and comparative analysis of analogs of the platform and the user's portrait. The final stage of work was the compilation of technical specifications for the development of an online platform, the creation of a prototype and its testing.
