Analysis of Borrowers in the Business Model of a Mortgage Broke

The paper considers a sample of 300,000 borrowers who have left mortgage applications in the mortgage broker service. Based on these data, a portrait of the borrower and identify parameters that increase the likelihood of approval. The results will help to optimize the attraction of new customers and determine how it makes sense to spend resources on those who have already come, but who have a low probability of approval. Also in the work there is a theoretical part that describes the behavior and path of the client within a given model. In terms of uniqueness, this model has not yet been described in the scientific literature due to its novelty. The relevance of the topic is also difficult to underestimate: such services capture an increasing market share
