In the course of the analysis, an expert evaluation and in-depth interview of the results of the division of powers in the field of health care was conducted; identified promising areas of activity for the executive authorities of the subject and local governments in the development of the health system; The effects of the integration of medical services are identified. Key words: delegation of authority in healthcare management, integration of medical services. The work consists of 66 pages, contains 32 literary sources.
