International Trade and Child Labour: Legal Aspects

In this paper raises the issue of the relationship of child labor and international trade. For this purpose, an analysis of international legal acts on the topic of child labor is carried out, current statistics are assessed. Much attention is paid to measures taken by international organizations, states and companies in order to combat child labor. Separately highlights the role of the WTO in the fight against child labor.
