Create an Online Gantt Chart to Automate Organization's Effective Project Management

For many years employees of the companies devoted the biggest part of the work to researches of project, products or services development technologies, while less efforts were spent for making the process of work on the project more convenient and rational. At the present time, there are few theories that share the emphasis on increase in personnel characteristics of the persons involved in the project. Use of the quality control instruments are surfacing in most organizations for collecting data, analyzing data, identifying root causes and measuring the results. The general aim of the proposed study is to analyze existing methods of automated quality control processes for company's project activities and develop a system on the grounds of methods review. Within this purpose the following questions will be addressed: 1 What problems exist in the current project management system? 2 What changes are required for improvement project management system? 3 What conceptual tools is it possible to employ for automated quality control process for project activities? 4 How do the proposed improvements influence the internal environment of the organization? The present paper describes a proposed study that will be concerned with a case study that illustrates ability of an effective project management system to improve company’s performance through Gantt charts. More precisely, the future research will examine project management process and elaborate an improved system for the considered organization. It is anticipated that the results of this study will help to enhance performance of the focus companies and facilitate understanding of value of project management improvement.
