Interim Measures in Russian Commercial Procedure

This paper is devoted to the interim measures institution in Russian commercial arbitration. This lack of practically oriented researches creates a need for a new research, which includes theoretical legal topics study combined with actual court practice analysis and court statistic analysis. This paper consists of 2 chapters. Each chapter consist of 3 paragraphs. First chapter is devoted to the theoretical and historical aspects of the interim measures institution. The definitions of “interim measures” and “conditions of appliance” are given. The type of interim measures are classified. The particular types of interim measures are defined. The second chapter includes the research of practical aspects of interim measures exploitation. The practical problems of said institution are analyzed, the shortcomings of both the legal, social and economic matters are highlighted to resolve the problems which disable interim measures institution from functioning perfectly.
