Improving the Procurement Process of the Diamond-Mining Company

Improving the procurement process is a key factor in reducing risks and costs at all levels of the supply chain. The purpose of this paper is to find the most effective tool for improving the procurement process of the Diamond-Mining Company and to develop recommendations taking into account the specifics and characteristics of the industry. In the course of the work, the procurement process in the company was considered in detail. The practical significance of the study is that on the basis of supply chain management, the optimal procurement process of the company was developed and the economic effect for the company from the implementation of the proposed initiatives was calculated.
