Improving the Efficiency of Interaction with Suppliers in a Network Retail Company

The purpose of this study is to improve the efficiency approaches of interaction between company employees and suppliers in order to improve the overall efficiency of a commercial company on the example of «Modern home RUS». This company sells furniture and household goods in retail chains around the world. The research will analyze the furniture and household goods market, financial and economic indicators of Modern home RUS and the company's position in the market. The study will also identify the existing problems of the company related to inefficient interaction with the supplier and compiled an algorithm for improving the supply chain. As a result of the consistent implementation of the proposed measures, the possible economic benefits of Modern Home RUS will be calculated. Based on this work, recommendations will be made to change the supply chain for Russian stores, to improve the coordination of supply chain counterparties and to improve the accuracy of supply planning.
