Electronic Justice: the Concept, Genesis, and Implementation in Practice

The historical development of electronic justice is analyzed, its concept, goals, and principles within the framework of civil and arbitration proceedings are considered. The current normative-legal regulation is analyzed, the statistical data important for electronic justice are studied, its risks and economic benefits are analyzed.
