Horizontal Cooperation as a Means of Improving Logistics Support for the Е-commerce Marketplaces

In modern retail trade its Internet direction swiftly develops. The electronic trading platform or, in a different way, marketplace, becomes one of the most popular business models in the sphere of electronic commerce. This graduation thesis is devoted to the issues of increasing the efficiency of logistic support of electronic trading platforms. The purpose of the graduation thesis is the development of a system of measures for improving the system of support of electronic trading platforms' activity on the basis of horizontal cooperation. Within the research, classification of electronic trading platforms, classification of types of horizontal cooperation were developed, various methods of division of the cumulative economic effect between the partnered organizations were analysed. The offered system of measures for improving the logistic activity of electronic trading platforms on the basis of horizontal cooperation became the result of this research.
