Control the Timing and Value of Projects in the Field of Construction

The construction industry makes a great contribution to the development of the national economy. However, despite the importance of the construction sector, the Federal State Statistics Service has been marking the decline of the construction industry for several years. Analysis of the construction company “Milton” showed that the main difficulties arise in management of time and cost of construction projects. As a result, the main goal of this study is to develop recommendations for optimizing the processes of time and cost management in construction projects in “Milton”. This study describes the features of the construction project management and the main methods and tools of time and cost management in the field of construction. The analysis of the current construction project was carried out and time and cost management processes were considered more detailed during the realization of this project. Also, the main problems that the reviewed company faces during the construction project were highlighted. As a result, the recommendations on optimizing the processes of time and cost project management were developed for “Milton”.
