The subject of the study is supplier relationship management. The object of research of this graduate work is the production company LLC Henkel Rus, whose scope of activity is the production of household chemicals, building materials and cosmetics for personal care. Confirmation of the relevance of this topic is the development of relations of the focal company with counterparties in the supply chain in order to improve the quality of service among the company's customers, as well as increase competitiveness, which is directly affected by control over the activities of existing suppliers. The practical significance of this final qualifying work is based on the further use of the proposed solutions in order to increase the efficiency of suppliers and to optimize the processes associated with the procurement activity in the enterprise. The tasks set in the first chapter are the analysis of economic, financial and economic activities, as well as the logistics activities of the company. In addition, the activities of the company's current suppliers are reviewed and the problems arising in the course of cooperation with them are identified. The second chapter is to analyze the scientific literature in order to determine the methods and tools for solving the problems outlined in the first chapter and improving the current processes in the framework of procurement activities, taking into account the specifics of the enterprise under consideration. The third chapter discusses the application of the proposed solutions and assesses the cost-effectiveness of their implementation. The volume of this work is: 90 pages, 24 tables, 12 figures, 51 literary sources.
