Improving the Logistics Process at the Trade Company Warehouse

The final qualifying paper on “Improving the logistics process at the trade company warehouse” includes an introduction, the main part and a conclusion. The main part consists of three chapters. The first chapter gives a general description of the company “Miriada”, analyzes of its financial and economic position and the logistics system. The second chapter is a theoretical justification of the basic concepts on the work subject. The third chapter includes some measures aimed at addressing the problems identified in the first chapter, as well as the economic justification for the effectiveness of these measures. The volume of final qualifying work is 104 pages. The purpose of this work is to develop proposals to improve the logistics process in the warehouse of the trade company "Miriada". The object of the study is the trade company “Miriada” which distributes food products in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region. The subject of the research is the logistic process in the warehouse of the trade enterprise “Miriada”. Keywords: warehouse, logistics process, cargo handling.
