The work is devoted to compulsory social insurance against accidents at work. The object of this study is the social insurance and mediating relations in the field of compulsory social insurance against industrial accidents and occupational diseases. The subject of the research is the provisions of the Russian legislation and the laws of foreign countries that regulate compulsory social insurance against industrial accidents and occupational diseases. The purpose of the study is to develop practical recommendations for improving the legal regulation of compulsory social insurance against industrial accidents and occupational diseases in the Russian Federation.
