The written monuments considered in this work - “Guan-zi”, “Shang-jun Shu” and “Han Fei-zi” - are among the oldest monuments of ancient Chinese literature and philosophy, which had a great influence on the development of ancient Chinese philosophical thought and culture in general . Many scholars and researchers include Guanzi, Shangjun Shu and Han Feizi as works of one legistic school of philosophy, believing that they have formal and content similarities. In this regard, the scientific problem of this work is to determine how close the topics of the treatises are and find out whether there are structural-formal similarities between them. In this work, we used the method of selecting the source of structural-genre groups within the text proposed by M.Yu. Ulyanov, and counting their quantitative ratio. When analyzing the linguistic context of monuments, we used the method of calculating the frequency of characters in the text proposed by A.M. Karapetyan.
